Can't say item was as described because it never showed up their shipping time was good communication was good and service was good The post office has to have sent to the wrong place cuz I never received it and they promptly refunded it even though it didn't show up overall experience was still good though they resolved it by refunding And I'll probably reorder again..

GREAT SELLER!! UPS said it was delivered...and it wasn't. I contacted the seller to let them know. They quickly responded, apologized, and made it clear that it would be replaces quickly at no cost. I told the seller I'll wait a few days to see if it pops up. Poof...delivered today. I highly recommend this seller. Great prices, quick to respond --OUTSTANDING.

Great seller! There was an issue with USPS losing the package, not the seller's fault. Seller promptly sent a replacement package which I have received. Initial shipment did take 3 days to ship, however. Nonetheless, great communication by seller all the way through the process. I would buy from this seller again. 5 stars!

The product(s) arrived after a small issue with delivery that was quickly rectified by Ryan in the Sales Department. All three cutting boards came well-packaged and exactly as described. USA Voice Mart were true to their word all the way around and is a company I would definitely do business with again.
