  thank you so much! the bag is perfect, item is as described if not better condition than listed. very quick postage, arrived to the UK within 4 days of purchase. very good packaging as well, completely protected so no damage whatsoever. great value for money compared to other gucci jackies. very pleased with my purchase and will definitely be shopping with you again!

  Seller had good communication and I received what I wanted, but the boxes for the games had more staining than pictured. There was also a sale sticker on the box that was not in pictures. Creases on the boxes that were not pictured. Overall, they are in acceptable ”good” condition. Price was fair and shipping was fast. Seller packaged items well. I still would have preferred more accurate photos.

  The items came in a pretty well condition and well packed package, just as described. The communication with the seller were pleasent and the price for the set are reasonable. The discs also works well. So overall great seller 5/5. :)

  This is a magnificent work of Japanese denim, of the highest quality & craftsmanship. I am humbled by it, and grateful for having one. The seller is brilliant, in enery respect. Packages arrive quickly, in perfect condition, exactly as described. They work quietly, as seems to be proper in Japan-- and this seems to be a common issue amongst Western buyers. I've found that they respond swiftly, and with great purpose, but according to a schedule. I trust and value this seller, very much.

  Exceptional seller! The Anya HINDMARCH scarf was sent from Japan and arrived in perfect condition. Item exactly as described (brand-new), packed with extreme care, preventing any damage during transit. Incredibly thoughtful packaging, with such beautiful, personalised details (thank you stickers, washi-tape, small Japanese individually wrapped sweet included as a gift).   I absolutely love the color. The bag is 100% authentic I had it authenticated as soon as it came in. It was a very good deal. I was disappointed when I realized it is missing the entire inside pocket and it wasn’t listed in the description. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I reached out to the seller and they were amazing to work with. Couldn’t have been nicer and extremely apologetic. Over my experience has been good and I look forward to doing business with them again.
