  Sent the wrong size lock which seller replaced after really slow response and very poor communication. Then in sellers words they accidentally refunded purchase even though it was an exchange for the size ordered - a lot of hassle returning that refund this again due to very poor communication and in my view poor customer service. With this and shipping costs being expensive if purchasing multiple items I would not recommend this seller.

  1st item supplied was incorrect but as soon as I notified them a correct replacement was sent and arrived very quickly. Excellent service. I would definitely recommend this supplier.
