  The communication with the seller was excellent. I had questions about the items, response was rapid. Delivery was fast. And coordinating returns were also smooth. Unfortunately I deciced to return the items as it didn't quite meet my expectations, but overall I would absolutely use this store and seller again. Highly recommended. prices are fantastic.

  very happy with service from this supplier - they advised that a mark had been noticed on the jacket just before they were about to send and then ensured that they sent me one that was perfect. Great service and quality control as didn't have to receive it and then send it back. Kept me informed re delivery time and all arrived in great order and before Christmas as promised. Jacket was very nice too.

  Unfortunately there was a manufacturing fault with one of the pocket zips on jacket so had to return However seller sent out replacement jacket within hours of receiving return. Very happy with customer service. They were really helpful and kept me informed. So despite initial problem, I can highly recommend them as a seller. A+++

  Amazing communication, speedy and helpful, super fast delivery and although the colour green isn't exactly as shown in the picture, the quality of the jacket I receved, for the price, is quite staggering. I have no hesitation in recommending this seller and will definitely buy more myself in the future. Thank you for truly excellent customer service.

  Lovely soft leather, colour is darker than the picture suggests and would have preferred an item that was a little more obviously blue but still a great jacket. Looks fab on and daughter very happy with it. Item delivered in good time and well packed. Definitely recommend seller.
