When recieved, the screen had a scrollwheel issue not noted on the product description which was understandable as the screen was used, seller gave a partial refund as a result. Overall great experience and the team here is super kind. Highly recommend!

Customer Service reached out, saying that their monitor was confirmed defective and offered to upgrade to a new 4k 18.4" monitor. I declined, needing 18.0". They counter-offered with a brand new replacement of the exact specs required. Great customer service and communication. Quick shipment and delivery.
