  Initially I was sent there wrong black sweater, after I had sent a message about the mistake, I received a message thereafter from Upcycled with a sincere apology and indicated that they would immediately get the correct sweater to me..and I have to say, they sure did. I would definitely do business again with them.

  My lovely necklace was shipped in a timely manner and very well packed for a safe arrival, wrapped in multilayers of tissue paper inside a sturdy little box. Necklace is just as beautiful as described and well worth the money I paid. I would certainly buy from here again so highly recommend. Thank you for such quick feedback! AAAA++++

  Package arrived by priority mail & in perfect condition. The necklace was secure inside priority bubble wrap envelope & wrapped in bubble wrap. The necklace is in brand new condition as described. The quality & workmanship of this Talbots necklace is amazing & such a wonderful buy for the value of the piece. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

  Item exactly as described, and great condition! (PACKED by a PRO!) I was waiting on 4 different wagon items and thankfully 3 came undamaged but the USPS is terrible about damage!!! I received a circus wagon in a box that looked like it went through a war zone and the Item was broken in 3 places...if anyone is using USPS I cant emphasize enough GOOD PACKING! .......BUT this item and packing and seller are stellar!
