  The item seems well made, it was in new condition, the price was good and it looks cute as hell - the issue(s) I have is that the wrong size was sent, and I've messaged the seller without even an acknowledgement that they received the message, let alone are taking corrective steps to resolve the issue. Shipping was quick, they chose a non-tracked method which I was a little leery about but it arrived just fine after about a week of cross-country transit by USPS. Communication is all that lacks.
