  The part is great, but the level of Customer Service I received is absolutely astonishing. I purchased something similar from another vendor that didn't work, I contacted this vendor by mistake and was immediately offered a replacement and shipping label. A+ on Customer Service This product arrived exactly as specified and fully functional. The overall quality, condition and appearance of the part are all top notch.   The items were exactly as described and pictured. There was a small hiccup where the cables were left out of the initial shipped package. I contacted the seller and they very quickly replied, reviewed, and resolved the issue. Great customer service team!

  Fast shipping, great packaging, items as described and pictured on the website. I ordered some computer network cards for my pc (about the size of your hand). They were individually wrapped in bubble wrapped and placed in a cardboard box. I am super happy with this purchase.

  Arrived extremely well packed (box within a box) though delivery took almost a week. It did power up and come up as told (though the health light is amber). Sadly though will be a shelf piece. This is not due to the vendor but for other reasons. A++++
