    This is the first time using UniGreenScheme (UGS) and I have to report how impressed I am. The item I purchased was exactly as described and the images provided. I had cause to telephone and spoke to Amy who was great and able to answer my questions, so nice to be able to speak to a human in a modern world of bot apps. The item I purchased was brilliantly wrapped and arrived on time and safe with DHL. I don't often have enthusiasm writing longer reviews but in this instance UGS deserve it. 100%

    Item was as described and was beyond my expectations. With attached cables and adapters not displayed. Packaging was great and delivered promptly as indicated. This was my second purchase of the same item. Couldn’t get a significant discount on previous purchase but got one on this. Overall a great seller for both purchases.

    We encountered a shipping issue, but UniGreenScheme resolved it promptly & efficiently, issuing a refund without any hassle. Their interaction throughout the resolution process was transparent, safe, and professional. While the eBay messaging system can sometimes make communication feel a bit cryptic, it was clear that there was a helpful and understanding human on the other end who went above and beyond to make things right. I deeply appreciate their trustworthiness & excellent customer service
