  I used this seller as they had lots if positive comments and I wasn't disappointed. I was unsure how much underlay and gripper rods I needed so I phoned them and they went through everything, even gave me the item numbers so I could find them easier. Very professional, excellent customer service, extremely competitive prices, quality products and I received the packages within 36 hours. Would definitely use again and highly recommend.

  Liked the price, liked the quick delivery, well wrapped arrived in perfect condition. The appearance and quality are In the listing description, " Luxury, cushion soft and made in the UK.". Also, Underlay-Direct" says it all and it was. Many thanks. The Listing is worth a look.

  The item was exactly what I needed. They were of a good quality, and new as described. I pay a realistic price which was fair and I was very happy to see that they were delivered in a strong cardboard tube so to avoid any damage in transport.
