  The item that I ordered was not what I received. The sweater was way bigger than a small (I held it up to other smalls I had from Alo), the tag on the inside of the sweater had a style number that was for Alo pants (I googled it), it came in a bag that had a style number and description of a waffle knit cream top (not what I ordered), and the hang tag was blank- nothing on it. I explained to the seller my issue and provided pics- I was granted a return but not reimbursed for shipping costs.

  After enduring multiple frustrating updates from this seller about shipping delays in receiving my order for two La Roche-Posay B5 Serums, I filed a complaint with eBay. Miraculously, the package arrived a few days later. However, upon opening it today, I discovered the seller had sent the wrong items: two CeraVe Retinol Serums instead. I strongly advise against purchasing from this seller. Unreliable and unethical.

  You initially complained about shipping delays—however, tracking clearly shows the package was shipped out promptly. Any delays were related to the carrier, not us. Then you claimed we sent the wrong items, and a full refund was issued. You now have both the refund and the items. Blaming us for carrier delays and calling us unethical is unfair and misleading. We’re a small business and always resolve issues when given a chance. Please be fair in your public comments!
