  The replacement window I ordered fit perfect. Getting it here took awhile. But it was no fau!t of the seller. On tracking, it stopped in Minneapolis. Delayed. Its a piece of glass, so I'm gonna assume it broke. The seller assured me that UPS insurance would cover it and Uncle Bobs sent me another a few days later. I couldn't get an answer from UPS as to what happened to the order, so I contacted the seller, and they were already on it! Nice work and great service! I highly recommend this seller!

  The mirror arrived broken, the packaging was all in perfect shape and unopened so it was probably broken at the manufacturer and was not the seller's fault, I was given a refund and instructed to discard the broken mirror, I will buy from them again
