    Absolute amazing customer service, initially I made an error purchasing the wrong set up I was contacted and asked for the details of my vehicle which I sent and was advised quickly of the error I had made and informed of the correct set up, refunded straight away and correct set up purchased and dispatched to me in record time. Highly recommend these guy purely for their customer service skills alone even more so when the top quality set up arrived, great value for money too and easy fitting

    Excellent vendeur. Produit de belle qualité. Envoi très rapide. Un grand merci aux techniciens qui ont répondu efficacement à toutes mes questions. Documentation de montage bien fait. mais plan de montage électrique en anglais approximatif ex ; Near side flash au lieu de left indicator pour clignotant gauche. Sans les couleurs standard de fil, je n'aurais pas su faire les branchement. Autre point à ameliorer : le conditionnement. Le carton est arrivé éventré par manque de calage

    Sadly the tow bar was the wrong one, the service I had from the seller was second to none. The correspondence from them was immediate. I was able to send it back with no cost and they refunded my money straight away. I would have hesitation in buying from this company again. Can’t praise them enough.

    Back and forth with messages after item sent out within a few hrs . No good asking me questions about my motor to see if it will fit after you sent it out 🤷‍♂️ turned down delivery from FedX coz I never new if the towbar fitted or not and still I don't know 🥱 rather pay more to another company than having to deal with the company anymore . You will reply to my feedback I'm sure but still all a bit to late . More work for everyone coz your not patient enough. And you get paid for mistakes Na
