  Keyboard arrived in very clean condition and in just over 2 days from Japan to east coast USA, not only packed well and thoughtfully (padded under the keys) but it arrived with bonus items that weren't in the listing - an original Yamaha hard case and foot pedal, and original Japanese-language manuals. A great value on a great instrument and free stuff and free 2 day shipping. I will definitely shop umataRO Store again

  Item, (3DO), arrived quickly once shipped. The packaging of the item was amazing. All the parts were wrapped neatly in bubble wrap and then all items wrapped together in bigger bubble wrap and boxed. The best packing I have ever seen. The items, (3DO), which is a game console from the 90s is in amazing shape and looks like it's brand new. All items are very clean and look like they had never been used let alone an item from 30 years ago. I am very happy with my purchase, excellent seller AAA+.

  I can give the higest praise about you.The shipping was on time and the casette deck was well packed and arrived without damage. The item was exactly as described. The deck operates flawless and is a great value for bthe money. Also comunication and shipping number were conveyed to me as was the information about when the item was shipped.   It took a little while to arrive (about 20ish days) - however it was from japan to australia! The packaging was excellent and the product arrived as shown, however there were some damages during shipping, all of which seem to be fixable. Umataro did do a partial refund to cover some of the damages which I accepted, although he did also offer a full refund if I wanted it! He provided excellent communication over the entire journey and was very helpful. A+++ seller, definitely will buy from again.

  I ordered this item as a gift and contacted them several times without a reply. On the day it was supposed to arrive, I was told that they mailed it to the wrong location and canceled my order. Not an apology and please let us get it to you as soon as we can. I spent three years in Japan and I have never see this type of service, lack of pride and honor from a Japanese business. If I could give the zero stars, I would.
