    Shipping took a while, due to the package being small and probably getting sent to the wrong conveyer belt a few times, but eventually did arrive. Seems to work well and was packaged with bubble wrap. Seems to work as described. Thank you!

    Description wss fair, but I don't believe photos precisely showed crack in crystal. Not a big deal for this price, but I was hoping to give this as a gift. Packaging was fine. Shipping was prompt. Thank you!

    Slowish shipping: seller created shipping label right away and supposedly dropped the item off at the Post Office the following day, but item did not get shipped until 4 days later. Packaging was good, with lots of bubble wrap. Item description was nonexistent. Seller was aware about issues like bent side panel (that does not close all the way) and missing hard drive caddy but did not bother to mention it. When I brought it up, seller argued that I should do better job looking at the photos
