  A fully functional Note20 Ultra case which compliments my white and silver phone very well. The cases were so reasonable priced it was a no brained getting them. The only downside was the time it took for the items to arrive from China – which was somewhat to be expected. Excellent tracking service.   Ordered item in pink - following day was asked if I’d accept a different colour - I said no as I could get other colours far cheaper ! Then I got dispatch msg - had to msg & ask wot was going on as had been told there wasn’t any pink - then dispatch msg said pink - so msg to ask & was told ignore all of it & that they had infact posted the pink case ? This can’t have been true as literally the next day I got notification of refund being started-asked again wor was goin on-was ignored & refunded

  Ordered by mistakenly not seeing that it will be delivered from china. When realised I tried cancelling but the seller has already marked it as dispatched within 20 minutes which is impossible. I was unable to cancel as it was marked as dispatched within. Contacted eBay and they couldn’t do anything and advised me to contact seller but seller refused to cancel as it was already packed and was ready to be dispatched. I didn’t like the seller’s behaviour.
