    Phone shipped in timely manner and was received in great condition. It define looked out of the box with no damage, scratches or blemishes noted. This was replacing a damaged phone so I just swapped the Sim cards from old to new. Once I responded to Verizons message that the line had a new phone attached and confirmed it, the phone worked as advertised. Would definitely be willing to use this seller again.

    Phone is in great condition, and was shipped fast wi the care. I wasn’t expecting the battery to be third party, this wasn’t mentioned in the listing. I wont take off any stars for this, though, and I’d recommend that the seller add this specification to avoid any future surprises. Otherwise, listing was accurate and overall a great experience.

    I received the order on time and successfully activated both cellular phones. Each of the devices were as good or better than described on the site and the batteries were in very good condition. The vendor also followed up with a courtesy message to check. Overall excellent service and product!
