  I had ordered an 8.5mm drill bit but received an 8mm drill bit instead. Got in touch with seller regarding this (including photos) and received a quick and courteous apology with a promise to send out the correct drill that very day. Sure enough the very next day I received the correct bit. (Thank you Louise). Mistakes can happen with any company, it's how they sort them out that counts. The drill bit is of high quality and was very well packaged. I highly recommend this seller. A+++++

  A++++++++ seller. This seller was 100% fantastic and delivery was literally next day, I was amazed at the speed. Very well packed in a small, strong cardboard box and the order was absolutely spot-on. Much easier to send an order than traipsing around the local DIY megastores hoping everything was in stock. Exactly as described in the listing, good value, great quality, they all look excellent in their little plastic wallets and brand new. I've saved this seller for the future. Thanks very much!

  Delivered promptly through the door in an excellent condition. They appear to provide value for money and were nicely wrapped in their own pretty little plastic envelopes showing the size. As for their quality, let me use them a few times before passing comment on that. Would I use this seller again? - Yes, with no worries or hesitation.

  there were problems with delivery agents , goods never recived , but the very swift responce of the seller tends to make me think they are decent its good to think that if things go wrong (sometimes they do) then the seller trader will act in a decent way which they did , not wanting to put a bad mark agaist their trading so its 5 star very safe teader/seller to deal with
