Got in touch with seller regarding this (including photos) and received a quick and courteous apology with a promise to send out the correct drill that very day. Sure enough the very next day I received the correct bit. (Thank you Louise). Mistakes can happen with any company, it's how they sort them out that counts. The drill bit is of high quality and was very well packaged. I highly recommend this seller. A+++++
