  The clock hands were as described in appearance, well priced, in good condition, good quality and reasonably well packaged in stiff cardboard along with the clock mechanism in a jiffy bag. It was claimed the package would be delivered by Hermes. Evri became the new Hermes and are as bad as Hermes were when it comes to delivery. Tracking emails were sent but provide poor information. The driver left the package on a wet porch at about 21:15 and failed to knock or ring. Don't use Evri

  Had a problem with Evri who "lost" two deliveries but Amanda was great and third time lucky! Moment is perfect and expect replacement for my clock. Provided with all the bits needed to fit with clear instructions. Good product, good value and seller went to a lot of trouble to ensure that it was delivered.
