    I had a few questions and they answered them right away. Very prompt! Shipping was the same day I purchased. Can you ask for better? The package arrived quickly, was wrapped up very nicely, and the item was in better condition than the pictures showed or described. It also included a thank you bag with tees and a ball! Extremely pleased with my purchase and would happily do business with them again!

    Bought it Wednesday afternoon…was hitting it on the range Friday afternoon! Professionally shipped - club as described, even came with a gift sleeve of Titleist…1st Class! Would not hesitate to purchase from UG again!

    The item was just as described, item shipped in a timely manner, packaging COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER ! ! The package I got was flattened, but the club WAS NOT DAMAGED, thank goodness. I know you can’t control the shipping company but THEY DROPPED THE BALL. Thank You for the Great Deal tho.
