  took more than a week to ship items after payment. Very bad communication from seller takes too long to answer messages, he never appeared in a whole week!! and items arrived without chargers in one lot although it was mentioned in the description. NOT buying from him again. BIG waste of time.

  We sincerely apologize for your frustrating experience with the 10 Dell Latitude 7280 laptops. We're sorry for the shipping delay due to high sales and Windows 10 Pro installation, and for not communicating sooner. You're right about the missing chargers. Our listing error, using an old template, incorrectly stated AC adapters were included. We regret this oversight and have updated all listings. We issued a $100 refund when we couldn't source them.
