  I bought a Pinlock visor from this seller that ended up just being a regular visor without the Pinlock feature. I let the seller know and they offered 50% refund if I wanted to keep it or 100% refund if I returned it. To me that was a satisfactory offer and I would do business with this seller again.

  I received this ice crusher just two days after I paid for it. It was expertly wrapped for mailing. I opened the package, plugged it in, toggled the switch, and voila: crushed ice. The posting accurately represented the ice crusher and the handling. All around, this is a grade A e-bay experience.
