Despite the item that arrived being a Riing 12, and not a Riing 20 the seller was very quick to make things right, they got me a shipping label for the return and issued a refund today. Honestly this was a great transaction even if I got the wrong item because this seller showed true integrity. I value that a lot. The item received was new, in the box as advertised, just the wrong size for my application. Thank you for the fast rapid resolution. I would buy from this seller again.
