  This is what the seller sent me after almost a month. “Seller’s message: "Item is going out tonight or early tomorrow morning - if the request closes and ebay forces a refund just message me on the item and I will grant you a discount and give you the same bonus we have prepped - if you close the claim prior to that I can ship it out tonight then! Either way take care :)". Really! I would not do business with you if you were the last seller on eBay. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I want a refund 100%

  I am confused. The I offered you a full refund or a reshipment. Think there was a miscommunication issue here. Happy to get you sorted out furter, just to be clear I not only gave you a refund but the item is already moving - it did ship the 26th like I said. I am skipping sleep to catch up on stuff - really wish the messages were working with our account, feel like this could have been avoided. I say to close, not to ship a item that gets refunded -- BUT I just did it anyway, refund+product!
