Sadly I received the item and the dimensions were bigger. I had to return it. I did email the seller but he didn’t respond. I tried again but again, no response. So I decided to contact eBay but the representative told me that they couldn’t honor the return, that I should contact my bank to resolve the issue. That sound very odd to me because eBay ALWAYS takes care of any unresolved issue.
