  It is gray not wheat blonde. Tried to return but instead I’m negotiating 10% to 20% refund to keep an item that was not as pictured. So no I am not happy with my purchase. I do not recommend buying from them.

  A week after I purchased the shovel I was notified that the shovel was no longer available and the seller offered a refund. The ebay web site indicated more shovels were still available. Very confusing. I did receive a refund (thank you). I also received an email stating the shovel shipped and would arrive shortly. Later the updated status states the shovel arrived (which it did not). I believe what was "shipped/delivered" was my refund. Poor communications, service and timely responses.
