The ebay web site indicated more shovels were still available. Very confusing. I did receive a refund (thank you). I also received an email stating the shovel shipped and would arrive shortly. Later the updated status states the shovel arrived (which it did not). I believe what was "shipped/delivered" was my refund. Poor communications, service and timely responses.
