  There is a hole in the bottom, that wasn’t mentioned in the description. Packaging was great. Shipping was fast. Over priced, found the same item on Amazon for about half the prices. I take the hit for that though, if I’d done the research ahead of time instead of impulse buying, I would have found the lower price. Seller doesn’t offer refunds so I’m stuck with it. Won’t purchase from again.

  Buyer never reached out to us to let us know there was a problem. We would have happily worked it out. The cup was not designed to be used as drinkware and the listing states that. The hole is a Government necessity as the materials used are not safe for food use.
