  Item just as described arrived bang on time, well packed but had a minor flaw, which at the price was OK but not disclosed, and no response to my comment. Comms therefore not the best.

  Haven't opened parcel yet but excellent service from Turners. 1st delivery got lost and Turners contacted me to let me know, and offered to self replacement via express delivery. Time of the year and royal mail caused that delivery to be delayed but I can't fault the service by the seller. Will definitely continuate to shop from Turners in the future.

  Great communication. The colour I ordered was out of stock so they communicated and cancelled the order at my request. I wanted red colour as my horse has Red in his name. Would definitely look to buy from this seller again. I have to click the stars below, but as said, the order was cancelled.
