The complete system ships in 2 boxes, one with the compressor and another small components and one with the condenser. Both were well packed and all components arrived in perfect condition. The condenser was packed especially well with foam keeping it centered in the box and packing materials between the fins and the outer box. I will update after installing the system, but all the parts needed (including o-rings and seals) are in the box.
