I have sent back Mercedes OEM before from other shops, but never had to from these guys. 10/10 and I highly recommend because they are also super friendly and make it easy.

Upon opening box found the item broken due to being bent and kinked in shipping by USPS. Seller sent a replacement and went to Post Office to pick it up. This box was bent and kinked in two places. Opened box and found item was bent in two places but not broken. Was able to use heat gun and get it straightened out to the point of being usable. Not the best situation but can live with it.
