    Seller advertised as grade a when I received the item it was no better than scrap I asked for my money back which I got told I could only have a partial refund of £10 unless I arranged sending it back which after fuel costs,postage costs and my time I would have been worse off than just accepting the partial refund so avoid this seller at all costs they lie and their customer service is as rubbish as their parts

    Good morning, we asked you to return the goods so you could get a full refund which you originally wanted. You then started the return and then shortly after you asked for a partial refund of £15? and we gave you that instead.
