    Extremely positive experience. First. Seller shipped very fast and packaged great. However, even though there was no obvious signs of shipping damage, USPS had managed to break the sign. I messaged the seller and they immediately took care of it and sent another one out that was packaged even better. Great product!! But even better seller and customer service!! Would highly recommend and would definitely buy from again! Thank you!

    Beautiful made to order puzzle of a Mystic castle. Seller gave fabulous customer service. This was my first time buying a made to order laser wood puzzle. I had a few questions for the seller regarding residual dust and smell. He explained it all to me in addition to giving me a refund and sending out a new puzzle without me having to return the first one. Doesn’t get any better than that.
