I could not find the English language menu on the camera that I purchased from this seller. The seller tried very hard to resolve the problem but, in the end, we both decided that it would be best if I returned the camera. He immediately provided me with a return label, and I am sure he will issue a refund. The camera was in as new condition as described. Communication with the seller was five star and shipping was fast.
