  Honestly, I have never met someone like Tim before. After I purchased his product he continued to maintain communication even though we had different time zones. He made the delivery go smoothly. Unfortunately, the product was defective. However Tim went above and beyond trying to rectify the situation for 3 days. He offered a full refund and I suggested a partial refund which he agreed and gave me the exact amount I requested. I would fully recommend anyone to buy exclusively from Tim.
