  This was my first order on eBay. I’ve been wanting vision glassware for along time as my grandmother used them. This seller packaged everything so well and I’m so thankful for that. All the dishes are as described and I’m super happy with them. Shipping took alittle longer but no fault of the seller as there was bad weather delay. Overall happy experience. Thank you!

  The seller encouraged shoppers to check with the seller before purchasing in order to make certain the item was a match. So I did and it was. It was expensive— a plastic refrigerator side bracket, but it saved us from considering a new refrigerator. The seller provided prompt feedback on questions and item arrived quickly, clearly marked left side and right side and with screws in a packet.

  Could have replaced the original part a couple of years ago but decided to wait it out until things didn't work well. Went to the Ebay site and found one that "checked all the boxes". Did some pre-purchase research elsewhere to find the exact part I needed. Seller asked for and got the model number from me to ensure the correct part was ordered. Delivery was well packaged and on time! Installed item and problem disappeared! I know I'll need parts for other appliances. I have a new vendor!
