  Cancelled my order for a "pricing error" after I asked when it would ship. Marked the refund as "customer requested" even though I didn't.

  Took a bit longer to arrive than I had hoped, but well worth waiting for. Excellent fix for my shaker deck.

  I have never received the items. Their site said they have two units so I ordered two units. They charged me over $1,000 for them immediately then later said they only had one unit. After checking with their supplier it would be over three months for them to be in stock. They said they were refunding but then said their was a problem with the refund. Still do not have the merchandise or the items. Reputable companies only charge a credit card when they verify the order is being shipped.

  The seller cancelled this order but put that I had requested the cancellation. I did not request a cancellation.
