I asked if I could speak to someone to help resolve the issues but they point blank refused. So after several messages back-and-forth I realised I was getting nowhere with them and then the seller started giving me condescending advice. Had the unit sent for testing and had to pay to repair one of the ports that had a fault. I spent days doing a job that should have only taken a few hours

Contacted Homsecur for advice and the help I received was very second to non. Would definitely use again and thanks for all the help and emails you sent. The new unit is now install and working great.
