  As described.....no reflection on the seller.but only disappointment was Fedex who daid there going to delivery by 12.20...we waited in but had to go out and they tried to deliver 2 hours later...l ended up driving to them to collect. Would purchase again

  Very prompt delivery. Items arrived safely and securely packaged. Good communication from offset. Good quality and value for money. Would definitely use this seller again. Also must say fed x delivery driver polite and helpful.

  The screen is as described, the seller communication was fantastic, the let down was the FedEx delivery, thankfully the seller was very responsive and did everything to assist, keeping me updated via email.and phone call with the resolve. Thank you Tom.

  Chain arrived oromptly as promised in simple adequate packaging. Good quality, accurate length and price good. Description could do with a fully dimensioned link. I know what 6mm chain link means but other customers might be confused.

  Sadly we ran into a bit of a problem with delivery (the package dropped off the tracking radar and disappeared into a bit of a black hole somewhere along the way) but absolutely nothing but praise for the seller for quick, clear and helpful communication, and for being so ready to sort things out. Can't say "thank you" enough for the painless resolution. So on this occasion, top marks to the seller, but the Royal Mail's "Super Hub", not so much!
