    This item was, unfortunately, broken upon arrival. I reached out to the seller upon discovering the defect and sent a description and pictures of the problem. There really wasn't any way they could have known without taking it apart or being an expert in the field of robotic cleaners, so I can't blame them. The issue was quickly resolved and a refund was issued right away. I will not hesitate to trust this seller in the future. Thank you for helping Ebay to remain a great place to shop!

    The shirt was shipped and never left the distribution center. Contacted seller and got very quick response. Waited a few days to see if it might arrive and when it didn't my money was refunded immediately. Would highly recommend this seller.

    I FINALLY got my package! I waited weeks! The seller was no problem. But definitely was the shipping time, the package was all beaten up when it arrived but the house was safe and sound and very beautiful and spotless! But the item was real just as in the pictures and in good condition! I am so lucky to have this house. Bless you! 33
