    The turbos were indeed brand new as described, however they were not 'new-in-box' and the packaging seemed a bit careless, which caused an issue with the shipper. Seller communication has been excellent, which makes a difference... End of the day I got my turbos and they are in brand new condition (pending install and runup). Overall satisfied.

    Filter Quality is excellent and had the Important filter opener at bottom, not super fast delivery but everything else was perfect would by again but takes about a week to arrive in Fl. Great seller would buy again and I recommend them excellent Value & condition came in plastic and box New Filter :)

    item arrived very quick via fedex, but unfortunately the driver dropped a pallet on it while in transit and damaged the bumper, bumper was rejected while still in the truck, seller was notified and we quickly recieved our refund., great seller,

    Exactly as described, high quality OEM parts, condition was perfect, appearance was phenomenal, great value, fast shipping, it was packaged very well and arrived safely. Can't ask for much more in an ebay purchasing experience.
