    The original transaction was painless, and the item was shipped promptly, packaged well, as described, and an excellent value for a unique, special edition pen. I would buy from the Seller again. There was a problem with this new pen, but I wanted to have it repaired rather than return it. The Seller has been very helpful in contacting the manufacturer's rep and helping me contact them as well. His communication is excellent and rapid. I wish working with the pen manufacturer was as easy.

    I can't say enough good things about this seller. Their prices are great and there's a lot of value in what they sell. The items are better than described, packaged well and sent quickly. We had a minor glitch but they are right on top of it. I've already bought from them again and now consider them my "go to" for vintage pens. An all-around pleasure.

    Excellent seller, would absolutely buy again! I'm a sucker for orange/black and was stoked to chance upon this listing for a 10-year-old limited color way of my favorite fountain pen. Item shipped the same day bidding ended and arrived on the earlier end of the ETA range. Packaging was acceptable; it could've stood some bubble wrap instead of a box loosely floating inside a box, but it arrived intact and just as new-in-box as described! Thank you seller and USPS for an A++ experience!
