  The seller cancelled the order after 8 days of ordering and not shipping the product. The reason stated was "issue with buyer's address" but there was no issue. I provided the same address to other sellers and have not had an issue.

  After much communication with this seller who had a combative attitude as well as the attitude of "Let me communicate as least as possible and make as much money as possible", I finally got the case to work. We solved this issue without the buyer's help, who gave me wrong information in the first place: It needs a minimum of 220v to charge. This was wrong, and when I pointed it out I got a "use a regular charger response". When I told him how we resolved this, he did not even respond. Blah....
