    The seller is extremely unprofessional. I ordered and paid for many days but they did not send the product to me. They did not even create a shipping label. They do not respect their customers when I message them many times. They have not responded to a single message since the day I placed the order.

    New in box item as advertised. I ordered two lenses and a body at the same time from different sellers. This lens arrived a full eight days later than everything else in spite of being the most expensive glass. The seller did not set expectations and just took his jolly time. Quality of the items and care is there, service should improve.

    Ordered this lens and when it arrived it was basically new, packed very well, and everything functioned perfectly. In addition, the shipping was fast. TriState Camera is an excellent eBay vendor and a store in general. In addition, this lens was priced very competitively, and its finish/appearance was flawless - like new.

    Very prompt to ship. I would like to see a bit more protection at this price for packaging as only one side was packed with any air pocket wrap. The item was received as stated new in box and undamaged. I would happily purchase from this seller again in the future. 10/10 Thank you.
