  Excellent on all accounts!!! Fast response, easy transaction, very honest representation of product, great price, convenient shipping, well packaged. This was an amazing purchase. although we had purchased brand new Moen faucets, we wanted to swap out for Newport Brass. We were able to get a faucet that, although open box and slightly scratched, was 85% savings!!! I give trisboye_0 the highest rating possible!! As a matter of fact, we ordered another one!!   This item was exactly as shown and absolutely beautiful! Unfortunately, I purchased the wrong item. Even though it states the seller does not accept returns, after I contacted the seller and told them of my mistake they accepted my returns and sent me a return slip immediately. They were so kind and helpful. I would highly recommend buying anything from this seller.

  The item did come with some scratches and knicks that were not described in the listing, but the seller got back to me quickly with a resolution that we both agreed upon. Only taking off one star since the item was unfortunately scratched.
