  I was initially sent the wrong product. A SW figure with a coin. Was super bummed upon delivery seeing that I was sent the figure without the coin. I jumped the gun and left a negative review- but soon after leaving my feedback, a team member reached out to me & made the situation right. I explained how the coin was important, & it was supposed to be a BDay present. I was given a refund & met with excellent customer service. I def recommend this seller & will buy from them again now!   Great experience overall! Item description was very accurate, price/s & shipping fee/s were very reasonable, the packaging was really secure. Shipping time was faster than anticipated & tracking was provided. To top it off, seller was really helpful & easy to talk to, accomodated my inquiries throughout the whole process! Thank you!!   Seller was open to communication and items were well packed. Arrived later than hoped for but still arrived. One box was creased that didn’t show in description but the kit will be built so no big issue. I would buy from this seller again!

  Excellent service! The kit arrived just as advertised, and was exactly as shown in the pictures online. Kit arrived 3 days after I placed the order and was well-packaged in a double box with foam peanuts and bubble wrap. Price was very much inline with what I think a kit like this is worth. Looking forward to seeing what more this seller has to offer!

  The item in the description was accurately detailed and shipped carefully packaged in a very well fitting bubble wrapped box. My purchase was securely protected.
