    I ordered wrong cables for my xbox 1 controllers..but the seller was fantastic..he said that I could send them back..which I wasn't able to due to ill health..this fantastic seller offered me 50% refund when I told him I couldn't return the wrong 1s..super fast delivery ..received 5 days before they were due..outstanding service..thank you 😊

    Bit of a problem with royal mail inconsistent delivery times.However the sellers response was very good indeed when the package was overdue.kept in touch at all times when the royal mail issue was identified to them.when the original cable had not been delivered they responded by sending a replacement.Item is very good quality.good seller
