    Item was as described, packaged well and in great condition! USPS delayed the shipping but that’s not the sellers fault. I contacted them about the shipping and they were quick to respond to help! I will definitely be buying from them again! Great price and great seller!

    Seller had good communication, fast shipping, and the item was as described. The carrier decided to send the item to Puerto Rico instead of NC but this was totally out of the seller's control and they were responsive to my concerns. Packed well and arrived undamaged despite its detour. Good value for what appears to be a new item. Just an FYI to the seller, you purchased signature delivery but the item was simply left at the house without requiring the signature. 5 stars

    Better than pictures, carefully packaged, shipped on time with tracking (although the USPS took 3 weeks to deliver a 2-day package!). Great price too! A+ seller!

    Packaged safely, no scuffs, had one small issue with the battery which the seller resolved efficiently and in a friendly manner. Would definitely purchase from this seller again, trustworthy and high quality products, excellent customer service. They shipped quickly, but it was delayed due to snow storms, not their fault. Item as described or better (minus the battery issue which they resolved), and was an extremely good price to value ratio.

    I was originally disappointed because there was a mistake in the wording of the post. Part of what was in the title was not included in the package I received. When I pointed this out to the seller, they were quick to resolve the issue and handled it very professionally. Also, remainder of the items order showed up earlier than I had expected and are perfect as described. It was carefully packed and a good deal to start with, even without the part I thought was in there. I will use them again

    The Potter book set was wrapped in bubble wrap and covered in black plastic that protected it well. The set is new as described in the listing and a good value. The book set was shipped media mail & arrived safely. This is a good seller.
