  The item is as described, and the seller packed it well and mailed it immediately. Unfortunately, it wandered around the postal service in California, finally made it to Texas, sailed through my post office to another out west, and finally arrived today. Obviously not the seller's fault!

  Projector and seller were great. No complaints at all Note: I ordered the protection plan from eBay at the same time and have not received it. I have tried to contact eBay about this and eBay sends my concern to the seller, who tells me he can't help me. Again the projector and seller are great. eBay seems impossible to deal with concerning your protection plan
